Who We Are.
We are a grassroots Environmental Justice organization dedicated to ensuring the health and safety of the people living in Miami, Oklahoma, and the surrounding areas in Ottawa County.
We strive to provide a voice for those who have been silenced and to bring justice to those who have been disproportionately impacted by environmental pollution.
Our Team.
Our team are a diverse group of activists, organizers, educators, and community members who believe that by working together, we can create a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable future for all.
Gina Manders
GIS Specialist
Gina began her work with LEAD Agency years ago as a research assistant for the Grand Lake Watershed Mercury Study. Now she’s back to help build the Regional Resilience Collective—bringing together nonprofits across our region to tackle environmental challenges as one strong voice. She loves using GIS to tell stories through maps, spatial analysis and support the work that makes our communities more resilient.
Kimberly Barker

“It really boils down to this: that all life is interrelated. We are all caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied into a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly affects all indirectly.... We aren’t going to have peace on Earth until we recognize this basic fact of the interrelated structure of all reality.”
