About the event
The 27th Annual Tar Creek Conference is a three-day gathering of community voices, scientists, artists, and advocates, coming together under the theme Voices of Resilience to share knowledge and imagine “the pleasing landscape of the future.”
Each day of the conference highlights a different piece of our collective story:
Tuesday, October 7 – Advocacy & Networking
10am: Dr. Joby Taylor Holding Hope in the Struggle
Daytime: Hands-on Advocacy Training to strengthen community voices and strategies. Learn new strategies for messaging, media relations, fundraising, growing your volunteer program, and mobilizing your community.
