LEAD Agency hosts in-person and virtual conferences and events. We obtain information from all persons attending these events including but not limited to: name, email address, physical address, employer, job title, etc. Names and email addresses are required for virtual conferences depending; other information may be optional.
LEAD Agency may use this information for internal purposes such as to solicit feedback from participants, to provide information about upcoming events hosted by LEAD Agency, to provide updates on LEAD Agency's activities, etc.
LEAD Agency does not sell or provide this information to third parties, except in the ordinary course of business to fulfill the internal purposes described above. For example, when LEAD Agency hosts a virtual Conference on Zoom, attendees' information provided at registration is shared with Zoom. If LEAD Agency uses a newsletter distribution service to send our newsletter to attendees, then information such as email addresses may be shared with the company used to distribute the newsletters.
